Here is how bv8 handles match cancellations and abandonments:
If the match is cancelled before it starts: Your full stake is refunded — typically credited to your account balance within 24 hours.
If a cricket match is abandoned mid-way or ends in a tie: Bets are settled according to the official results issued by the ICC or the relevant board. If the result is determined via the DLS method, that result is considered final. If no official result is declared, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
If a football match is abandoned before the scheduled kick-off time: Generally, if less than 90 minutes of play has occurred, the bet is voided and your stake is returned. If 90 minutes or more have been played, the result at that point stands as final.
For accumulator bets: The cancelled event is removed from the betslip and the remaining selections continue as normal. If all events are cancelled, your full stake will be refunded.
