These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bv8 platform and constitute a binding agreement between bv8 and its users. bv8 (https://bv8.best) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. These Terms apply to all users accessing bv8 from Bangladesh and any other regions where the platform is available.

By registering on or using bv8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any objections to any of the terms, please discontinue use of bv8 and reach out to our support team.

To open an account on bv8, the following requirements must be met:

• Each person may hold only one account — running two accounts under the same name, address, or payment method is not permitted.

• Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.

In accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, bv8 is required to verify the identity of its members. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal or after reaching a certain transaction threshold.

The following documents are typically required for verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photo of both sides of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or any government-issued document (not older than 3 months).

• Minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your VIP level.
• There are no deposit fees — every amount you send will be credited to your account in full.
• Deposits are usually credited within 3–5 minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• The name registered on your payment method must match your bv8 account name.

Key rules for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳50,000.
• Your first withdrawal may be held if KYC has not been completed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Bv8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting on bv8. Please also read the sport-specific rules before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — the Cash Out option, where available, is a separate matter.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If a match is relocated (venue change), bets generally remain valid. However, special rules may apply if a home/away designation changes to a neutral venue.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bv8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts on the same event (Arbitrage) is considered a breach of these terms.
• Bv8 reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, withhold payments.

For live betting, please also note: odds change rapidly during live events, and due to network latency, the odds displayed on your screen may differ from those accepted on the server. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

All bv8 bonus offers are subject to the general terms below. Individual bonuses may have additional conditions, which will be stated on the respective bonus page.

• The Welcome Bonus carries a x15 rollover requirement — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• A x10 rollover applies to the Weekend Reload Bonus. The Casino Thursday Bonus carries a x12 rollover.
• Weekly cashback and referral bonuses are completely wagering-free — they can be withdrawn directly.
• Bets must have minimum odds of 1.80 to count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at lower odds will not be counted.
• Activating a new bonus while one is already active will cancel the previous bonus.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Bv8 may modify or cancel any bonus at any time — though we aim to provide advance notice where possible.

Bv8's Casino section offers Live Dealer games, slots, table games, and more. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live event results — they are not predetermined.

• The Return to Player (RTP) rate for casino games is determined by the game provider and may vary across different games.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, that round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If you disconnect during a Live Casino round, the round continues — the result will be available once you reconnect.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software for personal gain is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Bv8 may update the casino game library at any time.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed — bonus balances will not be returned.
